18 July 2026 | Langkawi Resort, Bariyatu, Ranchi

JRGA Foundation unveiled the official poster for the upcoming Jharkhand Silk Corridor – Forest to Fashion Forward Demonstration, marking a key milestone in the journey to connect Jharkhand’s silk, tribal heritage, traditional skills and rural producers with the modern apparel and fashion value chain.

The launch also introduced the models selected to walk the upcoming demonstration runway, where Jharkhand-origin silk and value-added apparel will be presented through a professional live showcase.

From Forest to Fashion Forward

The upcoming demonstration will showcase the journey:

Silk & Natural Resources → Artisan → Value Addition → Design → Apparel → Market

The runway is envisioned not merely as a fashion show, but as a Live Sourcing Interface demonstrating how Jharkhand can create greater value from its own resources while generating opportunities for artisans, women-led enterprises, rural producers, designers, brands and buyers.

The 18 July poster launch marked the beginning of the public journey towards the Jharkhand Silk Corridor Live Experience Centre and Runway Demonstration.
