JRGA Foundation was founded on a simple belief: the communities that nurture raw materials should also share in the prosperity they create.
We are building a sustainable “Forest to Fashion” ecosystem in Jharkhand by seamlessly integrating Tasar silk, traditional handlooms, artisans, MSMEs, and modern apparel manufacturing. Through grassroots skill development, design innovation, and market-led growth, we transform local heritage into sustainable livelihoods and inclusive economic development.

About the President
Abhitabh Shrivastava is an apparel industry strategist and textile ecosystem leader with over 28 years of experience in apparel business development, sourcing, marketing, and market expansion across India. As President of JRGA Foundation, he is leading initiatives in garment manufacturing, textile skilling, women-centric livelihoods, MSME development, and sustainable industry growth in Jharkhand. He is also the Founder of JASPA APPAREL, advising leading apparel brands on sourcing, branding, retail integration, and market development.
